Is it normal that the hardware is reserved: 2.1 GB (available in the end 5.9) of RAM?

I have an acer nitro 5 laptop. If this is the norm, I will not change anything. Otherwise, how could the reserve be reduced?

Well, firstly, look at the table of RAM limits
In the 32-bit version of Windows 10 Home - 4 GB;
In the 64-bit version of Windows 10 Home - 128 GB;
In 32-bit version of Windows 10 Pro - 4 GB;
In the 64-bit version of Windows 10 Pro - 512 GB;
But since you have a laptop, then most likely the RAM was reserved as video memory , and it’s better not to change anything, this may affect the performance of your laptop
