Windows 11 taskbar tray won't open - wifi, sound, calendar, notifications?

I left click on the tray of the taskbar. Nothing happens. If you click parva, it is proposed to open the system settings. I checked the system, found broken files, downloaded and rebooted the PC. Then, in the registry, I created an entry for the XML job. Nothing helps.

Who faced such a problem and how to solve it?

I found a solution that helped me:
1. Call the "Run" dialog box using the Windows key + R
2. Enter "regedit" and press ok.
3. Follow the path Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows
4. Next, go to the Expoler folder. If it doesn't exist, create it (RMB on the Windows folder New > Key)
5. Add values in the Expoler folder (RMB > New > DWORD (32-bit)) and name it DisableNotificationCenter
6. Then double click on it and set the value to 0 7.
Reboot the computer. Should work.

I would check the hard drive and RAM first. The files themselves should not beat. There may also be a variant with malware.
