An equalizer that understands the connection of headphones?

The task is surprisingly simple, but I still have not found a solution - I need a system-wide equalizer (both Windows and MacOS are interested), which can apply different presets for the built-in speakers and for headphones.
It's no secret that most laptops have a very poor sound, and I want to somehow fix it without touching the headphones . Each time turn on / off manually - no, thank you!
On Windows, this seems to be not such an easy task - it seems that many firewood is made in such a way that the system does not know where the sound goes, whether headphones are inserted or not. But on Mac OS, such information is available to the program, so I really hope that a solution will be found.
So far I have tried Boom 2, Boom 3D, eqMac2, Sound control - there is no such possibility anywhere.
