Windows 10 won't start, what can I do?

I wanted to improve performance in order to play the game normally, and then when I reboot the system does not start and gives out a blue screen. Before rebooting, I entered msconfig and set 4 processors there (in some tab, I don’t remember exactly) and there was RAM nearby, well, I checked the box there too. What to do ? Every time I try to reboot, I tried to enter safe mode, but it didn’t load something (there was just an avatar of windows and it didn’t load, it seemed to be waiting enough)
