Do I need to install drivers for the integrated AMD graphics card?

They brought me a new system unit to install Windows.
Delivered a clean official build 10 home single language. I didn’t activate anything with any KMS, I leave it on the conscience of users.
There is no discrete video card, but since the AMD Ryzen 3 processor, as I understand it, comes with integrated graphics, Vega decided from the amd site to say a program for selecting drivers, and it even installed the driver and it is displayed in the properties of the video adapter.
However, after that, 2 problems appeared:
1) the system freezes when trying to shutdown and reboot
2) periodic BSOD crashes with the video tdr failure atikmpag.sys error code, which indicates driver problems.
The question is - is installing a driver for the built-in video card necessary at all, or is it worth returning to the standard VGA driver from Microsoft? And is there a performance difference due to this?

As a rule branded (AMD/NVidia) drivers are better for games.
Than those that come from Microsoft bundled with Windows.

It is necessary to install the drivers for the chipset, sound, video, etc. Download the driver package from the motherboard manufacturer's website.
