How to run VPS on your server?

Greetings!
I decided to transfer the VPS from the host to my server. ON a Windows 8.1 Enterprise x64 VPS, on a Debian 9 amd64 server.
I connected to the VPS via live-cd and copied the VPS virtual disk via dd and transferred it via ssh to my server. Now how can I start this business? Does anyone have any good links? Or just explain in words. I'm still delving into it

You have a Windows server, and you read about KVM on the Debian wiki. Do not find that something is wrong?
You need to look at Hyper-V.
