Windows [10] smart TaskManager (window switching)?

There is in nature (maybe opensource that can be finished) a replacement for the task switcher (by Alt + Tab) so that
- you can exclude windows from switching (during development there are debugging windows on neighboring monitors that you don’t need to switch to)
- creating switching groups, i.e. e. I indicate that now we switch only between such windows
- switching windows within the current monitor (i.e. programs are spread out on different monitors and switch only between those on the current monitor)
- binding windows to quick buttons

Alternatively, try virtual desktops, each with its own application groups.
