Windows 10 lock screen monitor dims after 30 seconds. Where to set up?

Why does the monitor turn off on the lock (login) screen? 30 seconds and that's it.
I'll attach screenshots of my settings. What setting am I missing?

Found this solution - it works.
Start the Registry Editor (regedit.exe program) and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\7516b95f-f776-4464-8c53-06167f40cc99\8EC4B3A5-6868-48c2-BE75-4F3044BE88A7.
Set the Attributes parameter to 2 (dword:00000002) and close the Registry Editor.
Open advanced power options (Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\Change Scheme Options\Change advanced power settings). In the window that opens, in the "Screen" branch, a new item "Timeout before turning off the console lock screen" will appear. Its default value will be "1 minute". Set the desired timeout interval and click the OK button.
