I want to try WSL2. This requires Windows Build 18917
Registered your account in the Windows Insider program.
Tried all the options in the settings ("Late Access", "Early Access", "Release Preview Program", "Go"), but the new build does not load. Writes that there are latest updates. If you check through "winver", then the version "18362.356" is still displayed.
How to upgrade to build 18917?

download the official windows 10 image from the official microsoft website
