WIndows 10 Build 10240. Unable to submit feedback. How to fix?

After updating to build 10240 (as far as I understand, this is already a release version, then only updates will be) when I try to leave a review (or just when I open the "Reviews and Suggestions" application), I see this:

but in the parameters only this (this one automatically opens tab):

Is anyone experiencing a similar problem? Or maybe someone knows how to solve it? Before the update, the reviews worked.

Solution:
In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\DataCollection, change the AllowTelemetry parameter to 3 (default 2).

I think you need to send a review :) But seriously, update again, 10k is actually in beta testing, so a lot of things may not work there

and why did everyone decide that this is the final axis? logging is disabled completely?
