Is it legal to use Windows 10 this way?
I download Windows 10 from the official site. I install the system from the received flash drive, but do not activate it. Windows 10 doesn't limit me in any way other than a few annoying things, the most annoying of which is the desktop notification. But I stupidly hide it, correcting the registry, which, as I understand it, is not forbidden by law to touch. Thus, I am sitting on a non-activated system and nothing bothers me. Am I breaking the law by doing this?

Violate.
Until you accept the license agreement, you are not authorized to use Windows.
If you have accepted the agreement, then you have agreed to the paragraph
5. Authorized software and activation. You may use the software only if you are properly licensed and the software has been properly activated using a genuine product key or other authorized means. ...

Is it legal to use Windows 10 this way?No.
Am I breaking the law by doing this?Certainly. You are using the software product without a license. A license is a permission granted to you by the copyright holder.
30 days are given for testing - during this period (without hiding notifications), it is quite legal and even more so, legal.
Of course you are. If you have downloaded and are using more than the trial period - which, by the way, the notification says - about how many days are left. After that, you do not have the right to use it, because no one has given you this right.
Of course, M$ herself or her legal representative can bestow it :)
You can’t climb a Christmas tree and not prick your ass :)
I will support the unsubscribers above - no, this is not possible.
But it's not even the intricacies of the trial period. The fact is that in the case of verification, no one will deal with these laces. There will be a stupid protocol, a decision and that's it. In theory, you can argue, but in fact you will simply be sent to challenge the Court.
Judgment is slow and certainly not in your favor. But all the same, by that time there will be a failure to comply with a legal decision (they won’t go to jail, just a lot of money and optionally a criminal record).
Honestly, how much do you think you can save on this? Is it really worth the hassle? Do you really save on your own money, because in the case of e in some questions they will probably try to ask you?
