Windows 10 black screen without cursor, what to do?

Hello! Mono-block Aser Aspire 5600U Windows 10. After the update, but not immediately, the system gave an error and requested a reboot, after which the error repeated itself several times. At the stage of safe boot, the screen went out forever.
When you turn on the mono-block, the screen is highlighted for 4-5 seconds, after which it goes out and shows no signs of life.
All possible measures to restore Windows from the recovery disk are ineffective.
Entering Bios, resetting hardware settings, all possible combinations of buttons to make at least something appear on the screen does not lead to anything. Manipulations with pressing buttons, timing and casting spells) do not work.
The screen of the mono-block works fine when connecting a laptop via HDMI.
Signs of life are as follows: fan, button, optical drive is active. The RAM was tested on another device, the hard drive was tested on another device, fixing errors that were not found.
What can I do to enter Bios or enable alternative download modes? Or what could be covered with iron? Thank you in advance!
