The Windows 10 Welcome screen takes a very long time to load after using an external HDD. How to fix?
For a long time I had an external WDigital HDD connected via USB -> SATA adapter. Here's how it looks: https://imgur.com/a/2LWhNZW
This thing was used as a file washer and for backups of everything "useless but suddenly useful." The computer rebooted, turned off, turned on with this device connected. Then I noticed that the Welcome Screen takes too long to load (4 - 5 minutes). Disconnected the external drive and nothing has changed.
The disk itself is marked, Windows 10 is installed on it (the disk was left from the computer, which is long gone, only the disk remained) and the "system reserved" partition, it seems to me that this makes sense.
What to do and how to fix?
In BIOS, Boot #1 is my main HDD, Boot #2 is Windows Boot Manager (I don't think there was a second one before, I'm not sure).
Edit: From sleep mode, full loading is fast
