Are node.js issues fixed on Win10?

When Win 10 was released, it immediately updated, but after the update, I ran into huge problems with node.js, in particular with Gulp plugins. Because of what I had to roll back to Win8.1.
I want to ask those who use if the problems are fixed. Frontenders, respond! How does gulp work on ten now? Can you update now?

In connection with the latest updates on Win7, Win8, Win8.1, Win10, the node of all versions started having problems with process forks, and in particular with transferring data to forked workers via IPS (child_process), cluster categorically does not work, but any modules that can hit their own workers could break. Instead of waiting for fixes, try to roll back updates in Windows to 3 months ago, this is relevant for all versions of Windows, by the way. Perhaps because of this, Gulp does not work for you.
