Didn't you use my advice on tracking changes with the help of a virtual machine?
A snapshot of the system can be done, for example, by Thinstall virtualization suite. That is, you scan the virtual machine for the first time, then put the theme, then scan the second time for changes - and save these changes in a separate directory (along with registry keys, etc.)
And now you have a complete dossier on your hands that affects this skin pack, and from there you can already see what to do.
