Is there a file manager that saves open windows during an emergency shutdown of the computer?

In essence, it's all about business - every 5 minutes remember the paths of open tabs and drop them somewhere in a file on your hard drive, and have a backup file, but somehow I haven't seen such. If you cut down, let's say the total commander from the task manager, he will forget all the open tabs for the last session. Is there such a program or an add-on to another program (for example, to a browser)?

Makes tabs in Explorer like in Chrome, and it is possible to restore them when ext. completion. (Checked by killing from the processes).

This is?
Since XP, for sure, if not since 95. I'm not sure about accidents, but in normal mode it works quite well.
