Why does windows 10 take longer to load one account than another?

Why is one account quick to start up? There are 3 accounts, 2 without administrator rights, one with admin rights, if you run those without admin rights, they open in 1 minute, if you run the one with admin rights, then it loads for 20 minutes, checked in the auto boot left only the antivirus and everything, the hard drive no problem, what's the problem then?

The antivirus may well give the system a head, but there are other options: network, connection with the domain controller (if it is a working PC in the domain), and so on...

The settings may be different for each user. For example, there may be a problem with access to some files and the csrss process will work on them for a long time.

Why does windows 10 take longer to load one account than another?
Because the set of programs in autorun is different, and the rights are different.
For example, some of the programs configured to start at login takes a long time to start.
