Static links in Windows 10 search?

I often use the search in Windows 10 and this is what appeared there. How to remove it?
The output does not affect the query in the search. The Windows license is real. DrWebCureIt says there is nothing.

Figured it out on my own. I am attaching step by step instructions.
On the second screenshot there will be a "Delete All" button, delete the search history.
