How to change RAM timings?

I have two Kingston HyperX KHX16C9X3K2/8X brackets in my GIGABYTE GA-P75-D3P ( rev. 1.1 ) motherboard. Timings are written in the characteristics of the RAM 9-9-9-27, and in the Speccy program and in the BIOS 11-11-11-28. In the BIOS, you can select one XMP profile , but in this case, the supply voltage increases from 1.5V to 1.65V and the timings change from 11-11-11-28 to 9-9-9-27. I haven't changed anything yet as the motherboard spec says:

4 DIMM slots supporting 1.5V DDR3 RAM up to 32GB

That is, the maximum voltage is 1.5V. Can the timings be changed? By the way, my processor is I5-3350P and the memory is running in dual channel mode.

@Foolleren

XMP is an overclocking profile, it's up to you to overclock or not.
