What is stored in the user Path environment variable in Windows 10?

Just demolished everything that was in Path. There were 4 paths in total. The two paths were python. The other two I don't remember.

What happens if they are not returned and rebooted? I mean not system ones, but user ones. I can’t install VM (percent doesn’t know how to virtualize), but I don’t want to experiment on a laptop at 2 am.

Nothing will happen.
PATH is taken from you system, supplemented by user for processes launched from your user.
If there were any programs, to run them you will need to go into the directory with the program. All.

path defines the order in which folders are to be traversed to launch an application called from the command line that is not found in the current folder. DOS legacy.
