Win 11 and Sass npm?

So I decided to install sass on a new Windows 11 and ran into a problem ..during the installation, npm didn’t give anything unusual, but after the
sass --version command,
it gave an error

, I used the terminal in webstorm, but if I use the usual cmd from Windows, then everything is fine ..how do I get it working in webstorm

Open powershell as admin and write Set-ExecutionPolicy -Unrestricted
