Yes, the socket is called PGA478

Dual-core socket-p will do. With 4 cores, most likely, not only the cooling system, but also the power supply will not cope.
It is better to take not the top-end t9900, but the t9800 with a slightly lower frequency, but half the price from the same Chinese. =)
