What video card makes sense to install?
I beg you to answer only if you are really competent in this matter and reasonably, if not difficult. Thank you in advance. Short.
CPU: DualCore Intel Core i3-2100, 3100 MHz (31 x 100)
Mother: ASRock H61M/U3S3
PSU: Power Rebel RB-S450T7-0
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti
Actually the problem is in an outdated video card. So far, a lot is pulling, but at the same time it makes noise, whistles and heats up to 96+ degrees. Cleaning and installing additional coolers helps little. There is a need to replace it. What can you advise? Ideally, of course, replace only the video card and not touch everything else, but if you need to change something else, then write why and for what.

For i3, I think you can put a GTX 750Ti or higher. But it will be necessary to look at the 6pin \ 8pin power connectors on the power supply unit and vidyuhi.
A familiar "tanker" turned to me with a similar problem - the vidyuha roared like a bad cooler, and then it started to cut out altogether. The AMD processor and 4G of memory seemed to be enough for him, and the dead vidyukha and the 400 W power supply - left and light - were replaced with a "normal" 450 W. and ASUS GTX750Ti (2048MB, GDDR5, 128 bit) Retail.
If your PSU is normal and pulled the GTX550TI, it will also pull a new vidyukha.
If you have enough money - take a video card with 4G
Argumentation: the client's budget is arranged, 3 months - the flight is normal.
