Is it possible to supply power to the video card in another way?
There is a power supply and a video card. But there is no wire on the block to connect to the V.K. How else can you apply voltage to it

There are adapters from molex to video. You can also cut off the molex connector from the PSU and put the right one instead.
And it's better not to save money and buy an adequate power supply. But this is my personal opinion...

Accordingly, these adapters are connected to your old PSU. and supply power to the video card.
You also keep in mind that video cards are now very voracious and if your PSU does not have a video connector, will it pull the load as a new video card, as far as I remember for 5-7 years, PSUs, those that are more powerful than 400W, are produced with a connector.
It seems to me that if the author still has some kind of ancient / low-power PSU without PCIe slots, then the video card, most likely, is also inexpensive and low-power.
Although in any case, Frankenstein so harshly is not cool. I also understand when you need to add extra power for SATA, but here, obviously, the red light “it's time to change something” should light up somewhere.
