There is an information site on serials. I want registered users to post links to resources where online viewing of a particular series is available. there will be a lot of transitions from my site to others ..
How can Search engines react to this?
And how to make it smarter?

Should be treated well. If you provide additional useful information, that's good.
As far as referrals are concerned, your site, as far as I understand, contains information about the series and the traffic there should be appropriate. It has nothing to do with online browsing, and if users go to another good site (on your recommendation) to satisfy their additional need, there is nothing wrong with that.
Another thing is if the links are placed on low quality sites (with intrusive advertising, viruses, etc.).
