Write the server part and return the desired list for the entered word or part of the word (countries, cities, etc., respectively). In principle, it is possible without Ajax... but as for me, this entire list should not be given to the client at once...
Well, then using js you make a selection if such and such a country is selected, then give the cities of this country, and then when choosing cities, give away streets, etc.
Another question is where to get the list of countries, cities, etc.. A third-party service and work with the REST API will help here.
