Will there be any problems when trying to publish an application (magazine) containing a hybrid subscription model in the App Store?

There is a print edition. A kiosk application with a subscription to the electronic version is planned. It is planned to attach a promotional code in each printed edition, if you enter it in the application, the buyer will get access to a free electronic copy of the magazine. All electronic editions, paid and free, should be displayed in a single directory. If the application was reinstalled, when you click the "restore" button, all editions, both paid and free, should be pulled up.
As far as I know, the entire backend must be its own, Apple does not issue files, so it is possible to implement the issuance of a promotional code on the server side without any problems, the issue of implementation is not worth it here. The only question is, will it not be a problem to push such an application into the AppStore, will it be wrapped up there due to the fact that some files go past them? After all, in theory, in the App Store, these magazines were designed as paid ones, but here we are giving away the same copies for free.
Thank you.
PS Yes, and if there are examples of such applications, I would be very grateful for the links.

On formal grounds, everything is fine. You are not selling access to the electronic version, but a physical copy of the magazine with additional digital content. In this case, the use of In-App Purchases is strictly prohibited by Apple rules.
Take the Magic CCG as an example - they distribute promo codes for game content for free: www.neoseeker.com/news/19783-magic-the-gathering-d...
But it's worth taking the time to read the rules carefully so you have specific points in the event of a dispute with Apple.
