There are 2 legal persons belonging to the same owner:
the 1st owner of the building, the landlord, has DUNS, it is possible to obtain a developer account relatively quickly.
2nd trading "LLC", the tenant, it needs to host the app site in the appstore, but there is no DUNS record. It is clear that you can add a trading company to DUNS, and this will be the most correct and reliable option, but it will take some time.
