Will the traffic going to the set-top box be visible if you use this device?

Here is the device,
that is, where there is one input that will go to the adsl modem, where two are one for the set-top box, the other for the laptop with wireshark, the question is will we see traffic going through this repeater on the laptop? More specifically, the prefix is 192.168.0.2 laptop 192.168.0.3 will there be such lines
from anywhere to 192.168.0.2 type=udp
from anywhere to 192.168.0.3 type udp?

No. This thing simply separates the wires into two computers beautifully and that's it.
Can't listen.

Oh God, what only people will not come up with.
This "thing" was invented in order to beautifully do what is called "spreading" - when traffic from two computers is allowed through one UTP - with a limit of up to 100Mb, of course. That is, UTP uses two pairs, there are four of them in the cable. If you stick two tails into the switch, with the other ends into this crap, then connect it with one wire to another of the same crap, then you can pick up two computers at the output.
