Why does the network crash when accessing Google services?

The situation is as follows: on a machine with Win XP, the latest Firefox is installed with numerous add-ons from fools (NoScript, AdBlock +, Ghostery). Browser settings are standard. Provider - Rostelecom. IP address is grey, no proxy is used. When you try to use services like Google Maps, YouTube, Soundcloud and third-party sites that are somehow tied to products from a well-known company (googleusercontent.com is displayed in scripts), the Internet dies. Packets fly "there", but do not return. Operation is restored after the "on-off" procedure in network connections. But exactly until the moment when the user opens a couple of tabs with maps and search. On a macbook, mobile devices and other hardware connected to the same point, there are no such problems.

Try launching the browser in incognito mode, or even better with an empty profile and no extensions. Will behavior change?
