Will the RAM work in dual-channel mode if the timings are different?

Will the RAM work in dual-channel mode, if initially 2 dies are different, one is 2933, the other is 3000, and if the younger one is overclocked to 3000, the same voltage is set, but the timings will be different. Will the memory work in dual-channel mode in this case?

Timings and frequency are automatically set to the slowest bar, at different timings and frequencies, RAM never works, this is not possible. The memory settings are the same for all memory sticks, whether there is at least one of them, at least 8 different ones, the BIOS will set one setting for all sticks.
