Lenovo laptop maximum RAM: model specific platform limitation or description error?
Good afternoon
I decided to change my laptop for work and I'm inclined to buy Lenovo Legion 5 17ACH6 (82K00006RK) on the AMD Cezanne (2021) platform, but it's embarrassing that some sites have information Maximum memory: 16 GB (2x8GB) , it turns out the memory is in these 2 the slot is soldered into the laptop and it will be impossible to change the 8GB bar to the 16 GB bar and get 24 GB of memory? I asked myself this question, since Lenovo
Legion 5 17ACH6 has many modifications and almost all of them on the AMD Cezanne platform (2021 ) 17ACH6 (82K00006RK) is a bug on the site or could it be some kind of artificial limitation from Lenovo for a specific version?
If you look at the Hardware Manual (pages 65-66) for Lenovo Legion 5, then the memory is easily replaced there and it is not clear why I cannot put more than 16 GB in total.
Thanks

Generally.
The manual says:
Where 16 max. This laptop comes with a footnote , BUT
it says "Maximum memory is based on testing with current Lenovo® memory offerings. System may support more memory as technology evolves."
So there is an assumption that with 32 it will start without problems. CSN users write that someone succeeded. BUT it was written by xs who in the comments - it is not always possible to take their word for it.
And apparently both memory modules are removable. Based again on the manual.
