Which laptop with parameters is suitable for programming?

Hello toster my gaming laptop broke down on which I programmed and played (games prevented me from programming: D) + heavy gaming. I want to buy a low budget laptop for web programming without any video cards and so on. I'm not special in the parameters of the pc and its insides, although I heard they say that video is needed for high-quality display of everything (video pictures, etc.).
Advise me some kind of laptop or the most optimal parameters for it, and I myself will look for a laptop with such parameters.

I'm trying to program on an 11 inch laptop and on a regular office PC, before that I had a 15.6 inch laptop. I concluded that a Core i5 processor is desirable, at least 4GB of memory, a 128GB and 15-inch SSD. The video card is absolutely not important if you are not working with 3D.
I am writing under android, on a working PC with Windows 8.1, the memory is crammed with 5-7 GB out of 8, on a laptop 2GB, the brakes are terrible.
It also depends on what you are coding. It's one thing to have macros in Word or javascript or uncover the old Delphi7, and another modern RAD that needs a lot of resources.

Looking for what kind of programming.
On the web, at least 8GB of RAM is needed due to the use of virtual machines.

In programming, the most consumed part is the IDE. All newfangled IDEs such as PyCharm, Ruby Mine, NetBeans are java products - they eat memory like victims. Therefore, you can think for a long time about the size of the screen and the types of hard disk, but you definitely cannot save on memory. Please note that to work with more than 4 GB of memory, you will need a 64-bit OS. Otherwise, the rest of the memory will be stupidly idle.

Under android, at least 8 gig of RAM if you test on the emulator, especially on a new idea for android (the connection with eclipse was less stupid). Prots is normal too. And the most important thing in programming on a laptop is attention! ... - this is a stationary monitor (if you code for a laptop, then the Android robot will periodically come to visit and create current brakes not on your computer, but in your brain), a comfortable workplace, a chair normal, put the monitor on some kind of stand so that it is at eye level or buy a prof. monitor with adjustable leg height. (if the monitor is low, you will want to crawl under a chair after several hours of work.) You can also take a small strong laptop (like mine is about 11", 8GB, i5 2.5GHz), (very convenient to carry if you don’t have a car). Well, of course if you don't have anything to do with 3D. Keyboard optional. And also choose an office or apartment with a normal view and put a table in front of the window, periodically look into the distance, vision sits much less. If you code in PHP and other scripting languages, then any laptop will do.
