Will the power supply pull out?

Good afternoon, a friend bought a used system unit and wants to put a video card in it.
Is Thermaltake TR2 RX-550W (W0134) enough for:
motherboard - ASUS B75M-PLUS
Gigabyte GV-N970WF3OC-4GD, GTX 970, 4096MB, GDDR5. (Now stands GT 640 OR 670)
If you need any other parameters, I'll let you know.

In this case, we must also take into account that the processor and peripherals also consume energy along the 12V line.
and look at the performance characteristics of this power supply.
ru.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001834
the power supply is certified as 80+ in terms of 12v efficiency
, the line is designed for 504W, which, taking into account the efficiency, results in 400W
of them, let 100W go to the percent, 150 to the GPU, and to Peripherals 50W
300W are already consumed, and this is 75% of the full load. It will hold up well.
In the case when the iron draws 95% or more of the power supply from the power supply, it works to the limit and the risk of failure of the circuitry, degradation of capacitors, etc. increases.

@eapeap

We read www.nix.ru/autocatalog/gigabyte/video/4Gb_PCIE_DDR...
Energy consumption - 145 W
Power supply - 550 W
Conclusion: Enough.
