Is your video card dead?

I sat playing, the vidyuhi began to interfere with the band and after a reboot it doesn’t enter Windows, it works only in DOS and in safe mode. And there are static horizontal stripes on a dark background.
What vidyuha died? HD7850. I didn’t overclock it, didn’t overheat it, and even played a little, just took it and died?

The question itself contains the answer to the question.
The video chip of the video card burned out. It's treatable, but is it worth it? Of course this can be fixed. Take it to the "CHECKED" master, as in the usual spherical service center 10 skins will be removed from you.
Take it to the master, so that he, in turn, resolders the video chip.
BUT! There is one but. The video card is not from an expensive budget, ask yourself the question, is it worth the bother? Or is it easier to buy a new one, and even more powerful.

I didn’t overclock it, didn’t overheat it, and even played a little, just took it and died?
Did you overheat it? KHM ... did you follow the temperatures?
And even if you did not overheat, then ... do not forget about the power supply. The most common stink video card is a voltage drop. If you have a PSU from an inexpensive class, ala DeepColl or AeroCooll, then such PSUs are not reliable, and computer components are knocked out from a voltage drop. Since there is no protection in such PSUs.

Vidyukha costs three thousand, they can ask for the same amount for resoldering the chip, most likely it is not advisable to repair.
