Will the laptop be charged from a homemade add. battery?

I decided to make a stand for a laptop with cooling. But after playing with the settings a little and cleaning the dust inside the laptop, the need for cooling disappeared, and the stand is almost ready. And the idea came up instead of fans to build an additional battery into the stand to recharge the laptop.
Use rechargeable batteries (AA batteries) for 1.2V 1.8A (or 2.3A) as batteries. The laptop for charging requires 19V, 3.16A, 60W. If you counted correctly, you need 16 batteries connected in series. I want to consult with the community, is it worth it? Perhaps there are ready-made solutions "for inexpensive".

A cooling stand should be made and used at high loads.
Accumulators 16х150=2400 r. (which is comparable to the cost of the battery) + a circuit for charging batteries (or charging) + a circuit "so that the output voltage does not drop when the batteries are discharged."
The capacity of the battery assembly will be much lower than that of a laptop battery.
"1.8A (or 2.3A)" - "capacity" of marketing batteries (measured at a discharge of 0.1C in vacuum).
There are no ready-made solutions, because the specific capacitance of NI-MH is lower than that of Li (Pol, Ion).
Should not be doing that.

Did you know that if you put your laptop in the microwave, it will start charging.
