Is it possible to make friends with a samsung q35 laptop with an SD card in the bios?

There is an old samsung q35 laptop, the SD card starts to see only after installing the drivers in Windows. I wanted to try using the SD card as a hard drive for the OS, but the BIOS does not see it.
What can be done?

There is a very long procedure for declaring a memory card as a hard drive, but this can only help if the card reader sits on the system bus and not on USB, as is usually done. There were only a couple of beech models with this capability (Asus EeePC 700/900).
