Freesync on a laptop how to understand if it works?

I bought a laptop, it has two video cards, one built-in amd and a normal nvidia 1650 ti!
Please tell me how to understand if Freesync is working during the game, because in the control panel there is no first display control, only 3d parameters and there is no option to enable freesync, and the option to enable freesync is only in AMD radeon software!

And people who bought the same laptop, tell me what to do? is it better to leave two video cards working or disable completely the weak built-in one from amd and leave only nvidia?
