Will the information be stored on the hard drive if it is pulled out?

There is a hard one, it is broken into 2, a part with the system, a part with files, it's time to replace it, I want to pull it out and put a new one, if I suddenly remember that it has some important information, will it still be the same? If I want to install it again, will the files on it disappear and will Windows start?

The files will not be lost. But with Windows, difficulties may arise if you change the hardware, but this is solvable

If the infa on the disk is not encrypted, there will hardly be any difficulties. And with encryption, you can expect anything.
