How to set DDR3 speed = 1600?

Good evening Habr. So:
Mother: ASUS P8H77 V LE (beep that supports up to 2400)
RAM: Crucial DDR3 4Gb 1600MHz x2
CPU: Core i3 2100
Initially I installed 1333 memory in the system and worked for a couple of weeks at 1333, but then I replaced the memory with 1600. I turn on the PC - speed 1333. In the "overclocking memory" section there are modes: Automatic, Manual or XMP (it has a profile with a frequency of 1600 and timings of 9 9 9 24). Voltage 1.5V.
Automatically - puts 1333
Manually set 1600 - reboot and black screen. Forced shutdown / on - a message in the style of "Overclocking failed, press F1 to get into the BIOS" I
load the XMP profile - similarly.
I press the “Mem OK!” button, which, in theory, should set the “maximum safe parameters” - it sets 1333, which is not surprising.
Tell me how to set the RAM speed = 1600 or tell me why this can not / should not be done.
PS^ I use the built-in video memory, if it matters.

I’ll tell you a secret as the author of the overclockers.ru laboratory - you won’t notice the difference between 1333 and 1600 by eye. Or maybe it won’t, sometimes the frequency reduction is compensated by better timings.

In your processor, the memory controller holds a maximum of 1333. Either you are looking for how to get around the processor limit (if it is really possible to remove it at all) or “whig you”.

XMP doesn't work either?

As an option, raise the bus frequency, both the CPU clock frequency and the RAM frequency will increase, if this is critical for the processor (does not hold, or starts to get very hot), reduce its multiplier

My P8Z77-LE pulls 1600 memory with an XMP profile without problems, I won’t say Kingston to the letters, I set the memory frequency to 1600 in the BIOS and that’s it, the mother adjusted the power herself. But here is the previous mother, let her rest in peace, P8P67 did not work at 1600 in any way, the system could occasionally start, but this is only with shamanism. Maybe it's the chipset.

Raise the voltage to 1.6, the same garbage was. Although it was indicated in memory that she needed 1.5V, she did not work stably on them (during the game in BF3, for example, a reboot occurred). As soon as I raised it to 1.6V, the problems disappeared.
