Will the article "Emigration to the Czech Republic for IT business owners" be of interest?

Based on this QA question . In response to my comment, I received quite a lot of clarifying questions from Khabrovites in a personal message, i.e. this topic seems to be relevant. Therefore, I want to ask: will the full-fledged article “Emigration to the Czech Republic for IT business owners” be of interest to the habro community? (the article will be based on my personal experience of emigration from the Russian Federation to the Chechen Republic).

PS And, if possible, indicate in the comments which aspects of emigration are of most interest to you: everyday issues (how to rent housing, the cost of groceries/gasoline, "language barrier", etc.), questions about business (sro registration, taxes , communication with Czech government officials, office rent, peculiarities of Czechs as employees, etc.), emigration issues in general (where to start, how to pass an interview at the consulate, what are the "pitfalls", etc.).

It seems that any article with information on emigration in the near future has every chance of becoming a hit :)

I think yes, if you can describe everything in detail, and give good examples from personal experience. Wouldn't mind reading.

I would like to know what year you left?
Was the Czech Republic a member of the European Union then?
Have the rules changed since you moved?
It would be interesting to know about the average cost of living, about the directions of the IT business.
It is also interesting, is it possible to open a company and then get a job there?

As for life and life - in general, everything is clear there and I was there 3 weeks ago, I saw everything myself. Prices are higher than Belarusian ones, lower than prices in Moscow (I was in Moscow six months ago). Life is normal, there are no special problems with the language, Russian is understood in many places (judging by Prague), metro and tram - 1 euro for 30 minutes.
But as for documents, company registrations and everything else - I would like to hear. Especially with regards to recent changes in legislation and too frequent refusals from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (now they are dealing with immigrants, sort of)

The article will be very interesting. I live in the Czech Republic, I'm in my last year of master's degree. Therefore, I am most interested in issues related directly to business. Secondly, the issue of visas and documents is interesting (I had no business visas).

I would be interested in "pitfalls"?
Because this information is hard to find.
Since I plan to emigrate to the Czech Republic in 2012, it would be interesting to hear advice from a person who has experience in this matter.
And the question is what types of IT business are top in the Czech Republic?
Thanks in advance)

In addition to the above, it is interesting to know what you had to get used to and what to wean from?

By the way, a similar article was once in the blog "I'm migrating", which is no longer there. Write, it's interesting to read.

Your title indicates the main target audience of the future article, namely “IT business owners”. Did you transport a business that was already successfully developing in Russia, or did you open it in the Czech Republic from scratch?
