When we buy equipment, we arrange tenders - I send letters to suppliers, after which I correspond with each one, which is not convenient. I would like to find a tendering system in which the mechanisms for choosing a supplier, and a visual representation of “who offered more profitably” would be automated.
Has anyone seen something similar?

On your server, this will look quite strange. What is the point for all suppliers to register additionally somewhere with you? IMHO, on a site where there are many suppliers and many customers, this makes sense. Idea for the service, by the way.
