Will Rhino, Maya and Autodesk inventor work fine on a Macbook?

Good day,

it's time to buy a new laptop, and I'm thinking about a macbook, but I need advice. For study/work I have always used Windows. From the necessary software - rhino, maya and autodesk inventor. I don't work on giant projects on a laptop, but performance is needed for at least a small amount of rendering.
Question: Will I be able to use the above software without crutches and brakes?

Thank you.
