Will my company's overall CTR drop significantly if I set a mobile bid adjustment of -50%?

Good afternoon.
There is a company without rate adjustments. The company has one advertisement with the key "Buy ariston boiler". 50% of impressions and clicks are from computers, 50% of impressions and clicks are from mobile. For 1000 impressions, I have a CTR of 20% (let's imagine that this ctr is also evenly divided by computers and mobile).
I decided to make the maximum mobile bid adjustment -50%, and now my mobile ad is showing at the very bottom and has 0 clicks on it over the same period.
QUESTION:
It turns out that now with the adjustment, my total CTR for the company has become 10% - and I have to pay MUCH more? (because 10% is really low for this query).
QUESTION 2:
If the statement above is correct, I need to decide whether to pay less for mobile clicks (low conversions), or pay more for desktops only (but high conversions)

CTR is calculated separately for each block of positions and separately for each type of device. So if your ad is truly relevant, interesting, and well-distinguished from your competitors' offerings, then you will continue to receive above-average CTR for that combination of positions and devices, and thus also receive lower bids.
