"Buy" and "buy" in YAN?

If the user enters "Buy", is it possible to show him the title of the ad "Buy ..." (it is more grammatically correct + call to action), or Yandex considers this to be different words and lowers the relevance of the ad?

Buy and Buy will be the same in terms of relevance. The second question is, how does your audience feel about being called "you". If it's ok, then go for it. It is desirable to duplicate the call to action in the text.
