Why is the income in Yandex Direct different from Yandex Metrica?

Good afternoon.
1. All Yandex.Direct companies have a Metrica counter installed.
In Metrica, I open the "Orders" report, attribution "Last significant transition", I see from the source "advertising clicks" an income of 167,328.34, of which 104,675 for Yandex.Direct
Then I go to Direct, build a report for the same period for all companies, in the report wizard I indicate "Income", I already see a different figure 39 475.00
Why do the same indicator "Income" in Yandex.Metrica and Direct differ?
2. All links in advertising companies are marked with UTM tags.
Today in the Metrica report "Orders" I saw an order for 62,000 with "advertising clicks"
I think, let me see which ad worked so well.
Ok, I'm starting to look at other reports.
Metrica - Sources, summary - there is a goal achievement from a click on an ad
Metric - Visitors - I found a visit that was today, with an income of 62,000, and it indicates that it was from a click on an ad, from Direct
Additionally I go to Direct, build a report for all companies, I single out "Income" - Direct does not see any income of 62,000.
Those. on the one hand, the Metrica reports "Sources, Summary", "Orders", "Visitors" indicate that there was a transition from advertising, which brought in revenue of 62,000.
On the other hand, Direct reports do not see this conversion and the "UTM tags" report does not show anything shows .
How can this be explained?

Yandex support response
"The fact is that Metrika takes into account any visits to the site. The reports "Advertising systems", "Sources, summary", Webvisor show the number of visits that took place on all clicks: both registered and filtered by the click protection system The statistics in the "Direct Summary" and "Direct Sites" reports show visits only for recorded clicks.
Therefore, in this case, there were 2 conversions - 1 as a result of a counted click, the second - as a result of a filtered one."
To my question "How could a conversion click fall under click filters?" Yandex answered - the filters are complex, it can be.
