Will MacBook Air mid 2013 be enough for web development and other non-complex languages?

I want to take a Mac, MBA 2013 is very light, and the battery is long. The question is whether it will be enough for web development (php, js, html, css); and for example for java/C language. I do not plan to render video and projects in Photoshop.
Simple bundle i5 4250U(1.3), 4096, SSD 128, Intel HD5000.

Sure enough. on my 4 gigabytes of RAM in 2011 Air everything flies fine and even the swap is not felt, even in the conditions of 2 browsers, photoshop and a bunch of any open shit.

You need to take at least 8GB of RAM.
4GB is enough:
- if you use only vim or nano and do not use full-fledged IDEs;
- if you do not plan to use vagrant or virtual machines;
- if servers (web server, database) are not going to be kept on the local machine.
I would not save on RAM - saved nerves are more important.
