Will there be a difference in their work?

if the motherboard supports the processor, then it is not necessary

H81 supports i7 4x processors, but this is not only a question of the south, so check this question directly in the motherboard specification.

Разницы в работе не будет, разве что в синтетике могут отличаться кол-во набранных очков, но так у всех материнских плат, не зависимо от чипсета. Т.е. возможно влияет погрешность и т.д.. Но в вашем случаи, все будет нормально. Производительность будет такая же, ничем не хуже. Только разгонять свой процессор не сможете.
