You need to know the budget. If you add +5000 rubles, then in five minutes I threw something like this configuration:

Yes, and BP is not enough somehow. RAM is only 8 GB.
If the video is just so critical, then add up to 16 GB of memory, the power supply is much more powerful.
I would put a video card for 6-7 rubles, but for that I would buy an SSD.
