Unblocking video in the processor. Intel+Radeon, eMachines e732zg?

I have market.yandex.ru/model-spec.xml?modelid=7754163&hi... such a laptop. Only the ATI Radeon HD 6550M is available to me in it, but I know for sure that there is an HD graphics controller built into the processor (disassembled). I want to activate hybrid mode, but there are no traces in bios.

The processor does not support this controller. So you won't be able to do anything without replacing it.
